True story: Got a call from home of mother being admitted. Took flight, 7:30pm in Delhi. Dr explained brain hemorrhage - need to operate asap. Required me to deposit 10L asap. All banks closed! 4 Credit Cards with 5Lakh credit limit saved!
Takeaway: Credit card can serve as a good emergency medium. If there is a credit increase on cards, take it.
